What is your return policy?

Return Policy
In order to ensure the absolute freshness and purity of product, we do not accept returned items. Refunds may be given, however, for items that are defective, damaged or missing from your order.
If you believe your product is defective or damaged, or you received the incorrect product in your order do to shipping errors, please email with your name, order number and short explanation. We strive to maintain the highest quality products, packaging, and order accuracy. Your feedback will help us improve!
We will return all emails within 48 hours with next steps.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not sure which amazing Aheri Skincare product to choose? Or if you should give a body butter or sugar scrub? No problem... you can choose an AHERI SKINCARE gift card! Just add to your cart and we will send you an email with a redemption code to pass along.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover Why is my major card information not being accepted? If you get an error message about a credit card failure after attempting to submit an order, you may want to check the following: Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings in your name, street address, city, state and zip code. Verify that your billing name (including middle initial) and address on your credit card bill is exactly the same as you have entered. Try re-entering your CID or security code If you have validated that the information is correct and you receive another error message, please email us or call us at 240 347 -2013.

what do you  mean by "all natural"?

We use only 100% vegetable oil bases, and essential oil blends to scent our products. We use organic ingredients in all our bath & body products. We use the highest quality, most natural ingredients available.

Where are your products made?

We make all of our products in the U.S.

Do your natural products expire?

Due to the natural ingredient makeup of our products, they do eventually expire. We guarantee a year shelf life on each of our products. Expired products won’t hurt your skin, but they will be less effective over time (and will not smell as nice). Aged ingredients won’t nourish and hydrate as thoroughly as fresh ones.

Are your products organic?

We use a variety of organic ingredients in our products. We are very particular about the ingredients we use, and you can trust that every ingredient we use is the highest quality, 100% vegetable based, and good for your skin and the environment.

What are your shipping policies and cost?

We offer shipping of online purchases to U.S. only at this time. At this time we do not ship outside the United States due to additional taxes and fees imposed by customs. Shipping costs are advised at checkout based on location and preferred shipping method. Free Shipping! Orders that are $75+ automatically qualify for free shipping** and will ship via either USPS or UPS. Allow 3 – 10 business days depending on delivery location for our Free Shipping Option to arrive.

**Please note, free shipping applies to orders that total $75 at checkout (after promotions and discounts are applied). USPS & UPS: We offer Ground Shipping (4-8 business days depending on location).

*Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) within 5 business days.

How do I use my promotional code?

Enter your code at checkout page exactly as it appears in the email, printed offer or webpage. Click "Apply" and your total price will be automatically updated, your discount will also be detailed in the payment summary. Only one promotional discount code is allowed per order.
