TEXT MARKETING & NOTIFICATIONS
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 4 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Our default shipping agent is USPS. Shipping costs are advised at checkout based on location.
Shipping is free for orders $75 or more. If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will vary based on the weight of your order. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped Standard Ground.
On orders with a subtotal above $75, free shipping is applicable to shipments within the contiguous U.S. only.
We currently do not offer shipping to non-contiguous states and US territories. While shipping to these areas can be expensive, we are looking for improved options to get products to you.
Do you ship to Canada?
For the shipping threshold, rates will vary based on the weight of your order. To find your shipping cost for orders, add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout.
Free shipping (Canada) on orders with a subtotal above $250, free shipping is applicable to shipments to Canada.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed & shipped within 3-5 business day.
Shipping is calculated based on business days only; we do not ship on Sundays, and holidays.
When will I receive my order?
Ground: 3-6 business days
Ground: 6-10 business days
What courier service do you use?
Packages are shipped via USPS Domestic or International depending on your location or region.
When will I receive tracking information?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed. However, it may take a few hours to appear in the USPS tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.
Free shipping for orders that are $75+ (contiguous US) and $250+ (Canada) automatically qualify for free shipping** and will ship via USPS. Allow
3 – 10 business days depending on delivery location for our Free Shipping Option to arrive.

Our Return Policy

In order to ensure the absolute freshness and purity of product, we do not accept returned items. Refunds may be given, however, for items that are defective, damaged or missing from your order.
If you believe your product is defective or damaged, or you received the incorrect product in your order do to shipping errors, please email email@example.com with your name, order number and short explanation. We strive to maintain the highest quality products, packaging, and order accuracy.
